It's rated to hold your Pro DSLR with a grip and 8" lens attached, two extra lenses, flash and various accessories. The camera is held facing down in shooting position supported by padded, movable internal dividers. The pack is ostensibly worn on your back but can easily be swung to the front for rapid access as a sling pack.
